Your version of Stardock Central is very old. Please try updating to the latest version: 2.38, Build: 139 or higher. You can make SDC look for updates by clicking Tools -> Settings -> then in General, click Check for any Stardock Central (Beta/Release) updates. Click OK then restart SDC.

If you still have issues after this, please contact support@stardock.com.

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't realize. For some reason it did not update never mind what I tried (which is obviously the reason why I had such an old version, since it was set to auto-update and I log in regularly), so in the end I downloaded SDC from the servers manually and installed it over the top of the old one. Things started to work from there on ... once I had re-registered my account.

thanks again, -Peter

You don't have Dark Avatar listed in your account. Have you tried to register it manually in Stardock Central using your Dark Avatar serial number?

Please email support@stardock.com with the details (what error you get when you try to update, etc.) and they'll be able to sort you out.
