Welcome!

To use a .suite file you will need Theme Manager.  You can also download the skins from the Windowblinds gallery here.

A .suite file is used by Theam Manager to apply all sorts of components. You'd need to download and install that to get everything pictured.

To load just a skin, you need to download Windowblinds.

I'd suggest you install Stardock Central (SDC) WWW Link

It is a download manager, archiver, updater. Very nice.
Install that and use the email that you bought WB with. Then install WB from there.
You can then apply skins.

You can also download Theme Manager from there and install suite files.

Assuming that you have WindowBlinds installed, after you download the ".suite" file, you can rename the extension to ".zip", e.g., "themename.zip". Open the file and then you will see the WB skin's ".wba" file. Extract/copy that file to another location and then you can add it via the WindowBlinds configuration window. Or you can simply double-click on the ".wba" file and it will be automatically installed for you.
