Galactic Monument bug...

The Galactic Monument can't be build when you research Star Federation.

The reason is that the Tech Requirement is:

When it should be:

It seems that the Tech ID="Starfederation" has changed to ID="StarFed"

This is known, but AFAIK it has intentionally been left as-is (such is the case with a few improvements that were dropped back in the beta).
