I totally agree, NLite is one of the best utilities out there for creating slipstream winxp install cd's - I've used it in the past and I love it.
I updated my original winxp install cd and slipstreamed sp2 with it.
I think you can also slipstream other windows updates with it as well but I haven't tried it.
