Scroll wheel stops working after moving mouse to secondary

I'm currently running Multiplicity Pro 1.10 on both the primary (Windows Vista x86) and the secondary (Windows XP SP2-x86), and every time I move my mouse to the secondary, my scroll-wheel (and all other buttons except for left- and right- click) stops working. I used to have this problem on XP (as both primary and secondary) as well. I have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth, which usually works out of the box with the default buttons I like configured, so I don't normally install the MS Intellimouse software - but I tried in this case (on the primary only) to see if it would fix this issue, and it didn't. Any other suggestions?
