How to make title bar transparent

How do I make the title bar transparent like windows vista, but without changing my theme? I use the windows xp default theme.

...and leave the rest of the theme intact, changing ONLY the title bar?

i use a free program called "Transbar". i think i got it @ downloads.com but try googling it...works great, you can adjust how much transparency you want it to have...good luck

Skinhit: That is not going to change the titlebar transparency.

The transparency of a titlebar is set in a skin so you would need a skin which looks like XP, but has a semi transparent titlebar.
