Is it possible to change colour, size & font of tooltip in DesktopX

I would like to know whether it is or not possible to change toe colour, font and size of tooltip - If yes then is it a global setting or can it be customized per icon/object used in a DirectX desktop

Also can we change the colour, font and size of label per icon/object on a desktopX desktop??

You can't change tool tip settings but you can change the color of labels. Just go to the object's Properties > Relation. At the bottom there should be two color buttons "Label color" and "Selected"-- that is, the color of the label when unselected or selected. You will get a prompt when you click on it asking if you want to use global colors. Choose no and you will be presented with the Color Chooser window. Choose your colors and you're done. You can't change the font size or type.

Ha. I just realized that if you right click on DX Builder and choose Configure DesktopX Builder > Desktop > Labels you can change color and font.
