I have the latest and greatest update to DA , on Sunday Afternoon. No notes about it, I was just checking Stardock Central just for the heck of it.

Anyways the problem lies with fusion reactors. Building them caused a blank green square instead of you know increasing my production. It actually went down.
I didn't have any blank green squares to build, I take an existing factory (enhanced at that point in my game) and upgrade it 1 per planet. This is reproduceable although for some reason, a very small few showed up like they should have.

I am wondering if I should send a save or not or if anyone else has problem or its just me.

This is a known bug Shogun. The Dark Avatar beta talk is happening in the Beta forum not the Dark Avatar forum.

I'm not defending Stardocks forum naming policy. It's clearly indefensible

I've encountered this bug as well. After looking on the forums, it seems occurs only when you build something on an occupied tile. I've done some testing, and I found that you con aviod this problem by first decommisioning the occupied tile, then build your power plant.

Yes, I can confirm that this bug has been identified and fixed.  It affects improvements where you are limited to one per planet.
