I posted a question in the Object Dock forum about a problem I am having with the program, but no one has posted any replies. Does support monitor this page, or is it just a user forum?

Please provide direction to appropriate support.

Support swings by when they can, but it is mostly a user forum.

I'ts possible your first posts slipped down as other posts were replied to.
It's also possible nobody with ACAD has stopped by.
You don't need to post subsequent requests... just reply to your own post with *bump* and it will move back up to the top of the recent activity.
