Updated versions to download-missing?

Hello. I am wanting to download the new version of Skinstudio 3, and windowblinds 3.98. I wanted to download it via SDCentral, but they are not there. But they are there on the old component manager. Anyone have any ideas??

SkinStudio is up there (refresh app data). To see WB, you'll need to select the Show Pre-release versions option under the View menu.
