I want to clear my desktop so I was wondering, is there a way to have 2 docks on my desktop, like one on top and bottom, because if I add all icons into just one the dock will be huge and dificult to manage is there a way?

Do you have Object Dock Plus? If not, then no.

If yes, then right-click the dock > select dock settings > click My Docks > click "Create a new dock" or "Creat a new Tabbed Dock".

With ObjectDock Plus you will get tabbed docks, multiple docks, and many more features.  The Plus version is a worthy upgrade.
