Rounded corners in per-pixel skins when windows maximized

How can I have BOTH fully-rounded corners in skins AND use per-pixel skins? Per-pixel skins all refuse to honor screen-edge clip settings for maximized windows, while non-per-pixel skins do honor these settings (set to 0 for top, bottom, left, and right in Windows Border group).

Unfortunately this is a limitation of Per-Pixel skins as of now...but there's always hope.
