*Help* Skin remains "Windows Classic" after apply

Please help!
I don't know if it's a computer problem because it works on my other computer. My computer is Windows XP Media Center Edition, and the Energy Blue default skin for my computer does not appear in Window Blinds, but it does appear in the drop down menu in Appearance under Display Properties. Everytime I try to apply a theme, all that is applied is the color theme, but the skin is converted to Windows Classic. This happens with all skins, and I am growing impatient. I reinstalled and restarted my computer and everything, still no luck. Please help! *And yes, I paid*

I would have to say off the top, you have a version that's over a year old and should update it and go from there. You should also cross reference your account so it shows you as a current customer instead of a visitor. When did you pay for it? If it was recent you would have the latest version.

Where did you get this version of WindowBlinds?

If you "paid" and just reinstalled, why would you reinstall a year old version? Use the serial that came with your "paid" version, download Stardock Central, and get the latest version.

Not sure why you don't show the wbhelp.dll info. It should show as 2004/09/18 15:37:00 with that version.

*And yes, I paid*

yeah, right.
