Ordered D.A. but think I screwed up

I ordered Dark Avatar to try and get in on the beta.

Since I was doing a financial transaction at the main Stardock site, I used the email account I reserve for business there, which is different than the one I use here.

I got the Stardock Central download program, but now it's telling me I need to purchase the expansion, even though I already have a confirmation email for a purchase along with order number and serial number.

So what do I need to do to get the download I already paid for?

You may have to go to tool/register product then scroll to DA and enter your serial. Then click register and it should say install, instead of purchase.

Looks like it sees the conflict between the email for the order and the email I used here, and gives instructions to contact Sales. Question now is, is there any point in doing it on the weekend, when they probably won't be in until Monday?

Yes you have to contact SD sales department to get the email conflicts solved. sales@stardock.com should be the address but you might want to double check it from their website.

You should write the email on weekend, so it will be on top of the list when they come back work on monday
