window blinds and firefox memory usage

exclusion ?

Hi, i have noticed by using process explorer that firefox uses way to much memory usaage.
i just read this link http://kb.mozillazine.org/Reducing_memory_usage_-_Firefox and it told me that it could be to do with window blinds.

I have added a per application setting with the following options, ignore this app and do not skin it. and this expclusion is inherited by apps this app lanches. also do not skin the title bar for this app. this is for firefox.exe.
memory usage has dropped quite a bit.
is there any other options needed to be ticked for this exclusion?

What's too much? On Vista Ultimate, my skinned FF2 is using about 65MB. IE7 uses about 35MB.

No big deal, my ram usage hardly ever goes above 50% (of 2GB)

Firefox uses well over 100mb for me, even with Windowblinds unloaded.

Using 28MB in FireFox2. Get rid of some of the useless/redundant plugins and skins you don't use. I have two skins installed (1 default). I've customized the userChrome.css file quite a bit. Unloading WB does not change the memory usage before, during, or after. The only other thing that I can think of, cache files.

I believe that article that blames WB is totally incorrect then.

The thread linked to it suggests that it could also not be reproduced by others.

I have tried reproducing this with no success.
