Help installing iconpackage

I downloaded this icon package here:http://jjying.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=1377&LibID=2&comments=1
But i dont know how to install it. I have iconpackager, IconX, and icondeveloper. Doubleclicking the azenis.ip file open iconpackager but doesnt add it to the list of packages

WinCustomize Forums Top

Open IconPackager > look at the middle/bottom for the "Install New Package" button > click it > select "Install from Disk" > search for your file > then load it > click ok on the IP conf. screen. Restart then apply.
