Corrupt installation file I/O error

I was hoping to get some help with my Iconpackager installation...When after I downloaded the file and went to install it came up with an error message saying an I/O error had occured and that the file was corrupt or damaged can anyone tell me how to fix this problem or where else to download Iconpackager?....any help would be really appreciated...thank you

where are you downloading from?
how are you downloading? which browser? download manager?

I am downloading from the Iconpackager file from the wincustomize.com site and the link takes me to stardock.com and the try it link takes me to download.com site for iconpackager...I am using download accelerator plus and im using AOL 9.0 security editon browser...i hope this helps...thanks

try it without using the download accelerator
