Any way to install OD progs without internet connection?

Cause Stardock Central won't even run without it right? This is on a second box that I'll use as a HTPC basically. I did a search here and on Google and can't find any info.

yes.

option 1 - use the cd

option 2 - see Corky_O"s 'Archiving with Stardock Central 101. You copy the backups and install SDC on the secondary, then use SDC to restore the archives.
