Not possible to install any more secondary machines
bjornrun: Multiplicity will only need to be activated on the machine designated as the primary.
When you plan on reinstalling often, it's usually best to make an image of your installation for a number of reasons. For one, Microsoft will stay happy. I'm aware that excessive activations will lead to a similar result when activating Windows. Another reason is because it will make your job easier. Rather than run a number of installs and configure settings each time, it's much faster to just restore from a disk image. This method will also prevent the need to reactivate any of our software.
The sig.bin (license) file accompanying your Multiplicity installation encrypts the Windows installation ID on which this is activated, so reimaging a machine would leave all variables intact and allow you to continue without a problem, never exceeding the activation count. The alternative would be to reinstall and reactivate the software, which (as you've noticed) can be more cumbersome when you go through this process a number of times.
Technical support responses should be within 2 business days and fulfilling a request to reset your activation count (given it doesn't look like your registration has been put into circulation) is a very quick process.
I have reset your activation count. Enjoy!
