Another one - still on the same game as my last two CTD reports. From vertually no CTDs during the Beta - just the Freeze one - now gone to 3 CTDs, all on the same game.
This time was in the management screen buying up a few low turn improvements, tidying up next ship builds etc. Did quite a few, so with management screen still open, I did a QuickSave. Instant CTD. Ended up with a zero byte QuickSave file - and lots of entries to re-do - yuck
All files, and SmartException report zipped and emailed.
