Ok guys here is a bit of confusion. Time to complete projects on planets is various.  On the colony management screen there is one number of weeks yet the civ. manager screen has a lesser number of weeks until completion same colony same project. How can I manage projects without accurate info?  Think this needs a bit of perusal and tweeking.
