Vista XP2 skin

Hello I have recently begun using the Vista XP2 skin by Kol from Window Blinds and have noticed that when i maximise any window it cuts off about a 2rd of the top bar and so things are not quite visible.

i know this is minor but is there a way to fix it? ive tried changing the resolution.

am a n00b at this lol

I use the same skin by Kol... works find here. Try taking a screen grab and viewing the grab to see what the results are. I know it doesn't sound like it will do much, but it will at least give more people an idea of the problem.
