error when shut down

when i shut down my computer and try to log back on later my background is gray and the taskbar and icons do not show up. I got the task manager to pop up and it shows 100 - 150 processes when i usually only have 15 - 20.

i took this information report before the error occoured and also before i changed my display to 32 bit. I only have the trial version if that makes any difference.

and what happens if you leave that profile in 32 bit mode?

the profile is in 32 bit. i said that because it changed the outcome of the info. report and wasn't sure if it could cause any errors. i took the information report as soon as i installed wb on friday and changed to 32 after.

i relaunched explorer from the taskmanager and everything works but is there a solution so i do not have to relaunch explorer.exe everytime i logon to this profile?
