Can't see Toolbar when applying skin

Quick question, I am using Universe Metal 2004 with windowblinds 5. When I apply my skin, the apps in the toolbar by the clock disapear. can anybody help me with this problem? My Info is:WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.1 (build 82 x86))
