Push-button tray icons

Where did it come from and where did it go?

After installing all my Stardock software on one of my computers, I noticed that the tray icons would move very slightly when clicked, making it looked like they were being pushed down. The effect has stopped recently and I'd like to get it back, as well as add it to my second desktop... but I have no idea what program added this effect. Anyone know?

That is default behavior for QuickLaunch icons but I've never seen SysTray icons do that, on XPP or Win2K. As far as I know, none of SD's programs "add" that effect.
