I use WindowBlinds 5.10.009, October 11 2006, in Windows XP 32 Bit.

What is the latest Alpha, Beta ?

I have Check the "Prerelease Version", in Object Desktop, and it show prerelase of others softwares, ... but not WindowBlinds Alpha or Beta, ...

Then, ... Stardock have a new version or not (Alpha or Beta ), since October 11 2006 ???

5.10.009 is the latest release version of WB 5.1, no current betas. This week the beta for WB 5.5 will be out, the is the Vista compatible version.
