Objectdock v1.49a changing icons back to defaults

Since I installed v1.49a[b].005 the icons in the dock for both Outlook and Paint Shop Pro keep defaulting back to their original icons.
Every time I boot my machine up, I change them to match my current theme, but after every reboot they change back to the originals again?
This has not happened on any of the previous versions, and it happens on all three of the machines I have Object Dock installed on?
Please help?
