Any programmers out there up for a challenge?

I was wondering if anyone could make something to monitor wincustomize downloads

Hey everyone, especially programmers.

I, as am sure many others, are wanting to know how many downloads my skins are getting, without the hassle of loading up my browser then navigating to the page and so forth.

I was interested to see if anyone would be able to create a docklet or gadget etc. to alert the user when someone has downloaded a skin etc, much like how msn pops that window up when you get an email or someone comes online, and mabye if your computer is off, when you come back on it would say however many downloads you got while you were away.

I'm not sure how to do it but i'm damn sure it'd be popular.

hm... should't be too hard. should be able to parse that from the WC site. I got tongs of things I'd like to do with DX, but I'm quite busy atm. Just graduated, moved to london and started a new job. ...currently not much spare time...

Yea that ok, i was thinkin more of a rainlender plugin or similar concept
