Progressbar not showing up

I have an AMD Athlon 3200 64 bit processor and I have successfully downloaded Bootskin 1.05a and seen the background images for the bootskins in the bootskin library. Yet where the progressbar is suppose to go and where and when I see it in the preview function of the bootskin 1.05a program, I don't see it when I reboot my computer.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
