add start menu button to the objectdock

I would like to know how I can add the start button to the objectdock. Please help me.

Right Click in an Empty area of the dock and choose "Add Entry" then choose "New Start Menu Entry"

Well, the WinKey works well.. but if you really need something else to pull it up you can add one of these to your dock.

The one by AndreasV is very popular - but you might also give one of the others consideration
