Wincustomize is a website, not a program. You can delete the url in your favorites or bookmarks.

Just in case... Stardock is company, not a program. It also has a website for which you can delete the url in your favorites or bookmarks.

The program we used to use for downloads of skins/themes (Wincustomize Browser) was replaced by Stardock Central

Download SDC and uninstall it from there.

On the left side of SDC should be link for Wincustomize, click that then the Wincustomize Browser should be listed there.
