Windows Themes versus Windowblinds

I have a software (HYSYS, process simulator from Aspentech) that in its latest version properly works with Windows XP themes, but Windowblinds only skins the main window properly but not the child windows inside the application.
Can I (as the user) do something to resolve this?
What can Aspentech (the software developer) do something to resolve this? They probably do not have Windowblinds.
