Change Icons, pls help

I just downloaded Iconpackager, I changed some of the icons, I want to change more icons but they don't show up in Iconpackager, such as Illustrator or Photoshop, How do I do that, how can I make them appear in I believe it's launch in Iconpackager so I can change the rest of my icons??

I believe so, because I want to use the GANT3 icons. so if they're not included then you can't change it am I right?

no so. icons can be added individually using a drag and drop.
check the gant folder and see if there are any folders with extra icons.
