RollUp

Playing with many skins, I'm having a common problem ( 2 in particular, Eminence and WhiteFlame ). Rollup is not working. I've added RightClick and set it to a value of 4... Nothing. The only thing in common I can find here, is that all of these skins use transparent titlebars / borders.

If I create a new skin, and add RightClick and set it to 4, works great. Why would that be? What could stop it from working in "some" skins?

Have you tried setting the right-click in the WindowBlinds configuration screen? Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and select User Overrides then click Advanced Settings. Then on Right click action select Rollup/Down Window.

That did it. Thanks. Does anyone have a clue though why setting it at the window level using skineditor doesn't work on some skins? Currious...

Quite a few things that used to work, no longer work on per-pixel skins.......

Maybe I've lost my mind.. ButI can no longer get to user overrides. I've just re-installed windows, and windowblinds. Loaded my skin back, etc.. I can right click the WB icon on the taskbar, click configure, go to "Override Default Settings", but there is nothing there for going though the double click actions or any other for that matter. Where did this setting get moved to? I can't change it in my skin, as I posted earlier, I've done that and it doesn't work.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and select "Override default settings.

At the bottom of the "Override default settings" screen there are 2 selections -

Action to take when double clicking on a title bar and Action to take when right clicking on a title bar.

That is where you select it now on the latest release of WindowBlinds.

Having this same problem again.. I just re-installed, and it's back. Yet now, when I right click the icon in the tray, I get the configure screen up. There is no USER settings anymore, and I can't find a way to override the skin's double click on the title bar setting...Any clues?

Please post your System Information screen from the WindowBlinds Configuration.

I see the override default settings, but I do NOT see anything about the click options , or an advanced setting button.. The last item on that screen is for when minimizing - Minimize or go to the tray. Here is the dump from the config screen.WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.1 (build 82 x86))

I think I see what's going on... I can't see the bottom of any dialog box. It's all out of wack and off the bottom of the window. I've tried uninstalling eveything, removing all skins / theme's...

Well... not any dialog. Only in window blinds configuration. The last item for minimizing to the tray is partially over the bottom border. even with NO theme ( default windows ) selected. Perhaps those options are on down the screen where I can't see them?

: Could you take a screenshot of how the WBConfig dialog looks on your computer, upload that somewhere, and reference that here?

What screen resolution are you using?

Ok, I have this figured out, partially. I'm also using VTP 5.5, and that's what's causing this to happen. I'm fine, until I load that up. Then the Windowblinds Config screen is no longer big enough to fit in it's space, so the bottom few options are off the screen. Going to try a few things and see if I can make it right again.
