Where can I find this skin? I really want to use it...

If possible, Please tell me where can I find those icons, too.

The skin is Arrow by Mike Bryant and comes included with WB5 or here - ARROW Link

I have installed WB5 and additional skins, but I can't find this skin.

Why can't i find this skin in my list?
