Some function can not take effect

For shadow, only tri thin works
For animation of minimize or maximize. Never
For tap windows, never
And sometime make system halt
My pc is P4M 2.0, ati-mobile 7500 32M, RAM 1G, windows XP up to date, xp default theme

afer i went back to 2.1 everything is right except my pc run slowly.
