Windows Blind Not Working

Yep my windows blind, doesn't seem to load skins properly... just brought it.... hmmz :{ what to do to fix this...??

That date is way off. If you had the trial version installed you need to un-install WB5, re-boot and then re-install WB5 from Stardock Central. After completing this post your System Information again. This should resolve your issues.

Edit: Its improved, most features are working, just sometimes the skins seem to mix, so ill have taskbar from one skin and window skins from another....

did you uninstall & reboot before trying to update?

Well i just rebooted and everytime i reboot it seems to get better lol... its working good enough now... im not at university its on my uni computer.... when i get there i will uninstall and reboot and then install and update. ^^ thanks for the help

the files appear to be a mix of:

5.1 trial/release standalone & 5.1 release via SDC

are downloading using the Stardock Central browser/download manager?

you could try moving all downloaded skins to a safe place and running:

The Zapper

Be careful what you 'check'


then download via Stardock Central - register you serial first
