will it download for both sides?

i have 2 different accounts on my comp...one for me and one for my dad...i was wandering if when i download this if it will download onto both sides(which i don't want). i know that some other major programs will do this...also im using a 1680x1080 res,will it work for 1280x1024 themes???

Only if the theme is resolution independant, I believe.
