How do I get it to work on any screen?

I just found out about this lil app and I think it's AWESOME. I can FINALLY get rid of my Taskbar entirely and do anything/everything I want from a right-click menu. Well, almost. It seems that rightclick will only work if I use it on my desktop. If I rightclick on an open IE window, or Windows Explorer window, I just get the same old stuff. How do I tweak it (if it can be tweaked) so that it works no matter where I rightclick?
