Error in renewing subscription

I just renewed my subscription to Wincustomize after it expired last Wednesday. Problem is that it still thinks I'm not a subscriber. I have the email to prove I paid for it, I bought it today of posting this.

Make sure to include any email addresses you might have used.

I renewed today (odnt expired tomorrow) - took a while - updating SDC after receiving email had no effect - figured it had to cycle around servers - waited, closed SDC for a while, opened it back up = renewed.

Oh wait, there it goes, just loged in and found out it changed it
