1)I ordered dreadlords back when it was 25$ online. I eventually forgot how to acquire it when it comes out. Please point me in the right direction.

2)I saw on the "treaties" a few new things. Economy, and research treaties. What do these do?

You should get an email with instructions for getting the beta at the address you preordered with when we have the beta ready, so all you need to do is wait for now.
