Taskbar doesn't refresh, graphics overlays itself.

I have a new laptop with Dou Core 2 processors and a 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7900 GS graphics card. I loaded WB5.1 through Stardock Central and everything appeared fine. I loaded the StealthOS skin. As notification icons in the tasktray changed and the hidden icons became unhidden, the taskbar would not refresh, sometimes causing graphics to overlay themselves. I finally had to unload WB.

Any suggestions?

reload, open WB configuration, click system information on the left & copy/paste to here all the info that shows up
