Windows XP Tasbar unhiding

Hi.

I have OB version 1.55 and I have the option to hide Windows Task Bar, however lately the
Windows Task Bar keeps showing up with any warning. I have done a clean install and still does it.

I have also loaded the latest OB and same thing happens.

Recently I started running two monitors and loaded Utramon, I unlaoded this program and still have the same result.

Im running XP Pro.

Does anyone have any ideas.

I've moaned about this before. I think network connection balloons are the culprit. My job involves network devices connected to my machine which frequently restart and trigger the 'connectivity' balloon.
I ended up writing a program to hide the windows taskbar when I'm using ob. If you like I'll send it to you when I get back to work.
