launching ships

Can I make my ships come out of a planet differently? There are times when I would rather have them launch to the upper left than the lower right.

The only time they'll pop out on a different tile is if an enemy ship is occupying the normal one, IIRC, You can't choose it yourself.

This is not as dumb as it may seem...I never build a starport on Mars so getting a defender type ship with no engines there from Earth can take a few turns...this could be a problem during a war situation when conquering systems and you need to get defenders in orbit to prevent enemy transports retaking the planet.
