Windows Blinds 5.0 Not loading @ Boot...

Hello everyone... I just bought and installed Windows Blinds 5 and when I boot my PC the desktop never loads. It doesnt freeze completely because Im able to move my cursor, but Im not able to click on any icons, or open my "Start" menu, or anything. I cant even get CTRL-ALT-DEL to load to close out Windows Blinds (WB).
I have to go into Safe Mode to delete WB all together to get my desktop to load correctly. I have tried to uninstall, and re-install several times, even tried installing on another of my PC's and get the same issue with the other PC.
My PC is as follows:
GHz Intel Celeron Processor
1GIG DDR RAM
2-80GB Harddrives w/about 40GB free on each drive.
Radeon 9559 128MB SD RAM Video Card (AGP)
Windows XP Home SP2

My PC should be good to run it.
Is there a way to make Windows Blinds NOT load when Windows starts? If so I could go into Safe Mode and change the WB settings and try to load the program manually after my desktop it loaded completely! I went to my MSCONFIG and there is nothing in there for Windows Blinds in the Startup Menu, and there is nothing for WB in the Start folder under Programs Menu!
I dont know if any of my other system management prog.s could be causing an issue! I am running AVG 7.1 Plus Firewall for my firewall, and Virusscanner, and running SUPERAntiSpyware for my spyware remover.

ANY help would be GREATFULLY appreciated!
~Wes~

NOTE: I installed WB 4.5 and installed and ran it fine. Only thing is that it doesnt load a lot of the features of some of the new skins available like the desktop wallpaper, ect....
Just FYI...
Need any more info. please ask, and Ill post reply!

Are you installing through Stardock Central?
Did you uninstall version 4 first?

Yes 4 was uninstalled and then I rebooted to complete uninstall, and yes, it was through the Stardoc webpage...

A little slow on the typing!

Have you installed WindowBlinds using Stardock Central program? If not, download SDC and install from there. If you still have issues after installing WB 5 from SDC but are able to run WindowBlinds during startup then copy your System Information from the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and post it here.

Hey Hankers, thanks for the help... I was installing from a CD that I downloaded the program to and burnt, and for some reason when I installed from the CD it wouldn't work. I went and just did an install without saving to harddrive or CD first and it is working fine now!
Thanks for your help though!
