Strange Problem

help me please

I downloaded windows blinds but whenever I open it and try to apply a theme, it applys, but the title bars, menu's change to windows 95 style, just their color changes.

What do I do????Help me please.

Might help if you open up the WB config window and copy/paste your system info here, too. It helps to narrow down what might be the cause of your problem.

How did you get the software in the first place?

Install Stardock central https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/

Enter your email and password. It should be pretty clear at that point.
