Also, if you check his views on females, it's clear he's nowhere near puberty.

When I was his age I couldn't spell most of the words he's used. In general, I tend to cut him some slack just because of his age.

There's something about people living in glass houses and stone throwing. You're clearly mature for your age (which in the grand scheme of things isn't that far removed from night hawks). You can show more of it by rising above it and not responding to every perceived attack. The better man doesn’t always need to have the last word. Since you did win the contest (congratulations by the way) I wont bother with the rest of your post, except to warn you that when I said you're here illegally, I meant it. Federal law requires you to be 13. The fact you've broken the law twice, and once after being TOLD not to, makes it slightly worse for you. There's no chance they'll say "13 days isn't a big deal", because that's breaking the law.

I don't know; we didn't say anything specifically, and civfanatics doesn't seem to require you to be 13 to have an account, so we might have to check with our lawyers about how the COPPA applies here.  http://www.coppa.org
