Wincustomize application ALWAYS crashes

I bring up the updated skins through the Wincustomize button and select something I want to download or apply. I always get an error such as this: AppName: updates.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: inetconfig.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 000054dc
