Is it okey if I Post the thread here. I seem to be having trouble making an account on civfanatics.com. Or could the guy who arranged the DA contest thing make a thread on GC2.com that would allow me to post my idea here. Also, does the guy who wins get the prize if he is not in the US?
I think whoever arranged the DA contest thing's name is brandon or bob or something with a b right?(not an insult)

You shouldn't have that problem at CivFanatics.com since they use vBulletin for their message board.
