Maximize to size bug

from WinCustomize Forums 
Maximize to size doesn't respect the position parameters but places the 
window to 0,0 always. That's of course a problem because I want my icons 
to be visible at a certain place on my desktop.

Version 3, up to date XP, etc. Newest catalysts (not sure if it matters)
